Southern Arizona Raceway RFP
The Pima County Economic Development and Tourism Department is seeking proposals from qualified parties interested in a contract for the development, design, construction, operation and maintenance of an FIA Grade 2 Licensed Race Circuit Track or similar facility located on the south side of Dawn Road, west of Houghton Road, Pima County, Arizona.

Pre-Proposal Conference
It is highly recommended that prospective proposers attend a Pre-Proposal Conference, lasting approximately two hours. The Pre-Proposal Conference will discuss the Request for Proposal, applicable County compliance requirements and answer general questions. Although attendance is not mandatory, this meeting will give prospective proposers a chance to ask questions of the team of evaluators.
When: Monday, June 3, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. (allow ample time for traffic).
